Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your mail accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailboxes against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming emails based on specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you want to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
